35% ON INVESTMENT RETURN - NIGERIA RANKED 4TH

Mr. Waheed Olagunju, the Acting Managing Director of Bank of Industry (BOI) said on Saturday in Lagos on the BOI parley media that was titled "Sustaining Nigeria's industrial sector growth through impactful partnership" Nigeria is ranked 4th with thirty per cent return investment in the world.

According to Mr Olagunju, a lot of countries are in competition for investment return but in Nigeria, the return investment is higher than any other country. He advise that the return on investment should not be taking for granted. He also advise that we should de-risk our environment, improve on climate and continue to take measures by increasing our ranking in doing business.

“In terms of investment returns, we have ranked number four with 35 per cent.Nigerians might go to other countries where they have 15 per cent return on investment where the risks are not as high as Nigeria.So we have to put all those things into consideration by ensuring that we promote industrialisation and transform the Nigeria economy within the shortest time possible.” He added.
