AFCON 2017 QUALIFIERS: KELECHI SHINES FOR THE EAGLE

     
  It was the best entertaining first-half Nigeria as ever produced in recent years, as the Super Eagle dominated the Tafia Stars of Tanzania side only not have added a goal or two to crown their effort. Kelechi Iheanacho, Odion Ighalo, OBi Mikel, Victor Moses registered some threat in front of goal. Victor Moses saw more of the chances in the first-half but couldn't convert any, he could have scored two or more goals to put his side ahead. Aishi Manuala, was the man of the match in the first-half has he made four good saves to deny the Nigeria Super Eagle any chance of leading.

                 Nigeria Super Eagle doubled up the pressure in the second half as more threat were produced but Aishi kept denying them. It was Kelechi Iheanocho, with a superb long range shot, that gave the Nigeria the only goal of survivor, which kept the UYO fans from seat s they celebrate a deserve wining for their team.
