CHIEF IMAM PRAYED FOR IMOSE COMMUNITY AT EID PRAYER
Yesterday marked the end of the Holy Month of Ramadan, follows the celebration of Eid-el-Filtri. In Imose community, the Muslim people still remaining in the town observed the Eid prayer. A prayer which normally occurs in the early hours of the celebration day of the Eid-el-Filtri.

The Chief Imam, Moruf, reminded the people present not forget to continue the acts adopted during the Holy Month of Ramadan in many months to come. He also advised the people to remain prayerful, especially in the Imose community, to ask God to shelp end the attacks of the so called Ijaw youths, who have been terrorising the communities in Ejila Awori for more than a month now.

Although, most of the people in the Totowu and Imose communities have left the two communities due to insecurity ground last week, some were seen arriving back into the communities. All private schools in the communities remained closed down as students and parent are still yet to return.
The Chief Imam has offered great prayers for safety on the land as well as all the muslim present. The Leaders of the communities have urge the people to remain calm that there is no cause of alarm.
True Muslim People in Imose observing Eid prayer
The Two rivers, Totowu-Isuti river and Imose-Adexon river still remained closed down for security reasons. People will have to pass through Igbesa, Odan river, Ayobo side or Itele river, Iyana school side, as the only secured places to come into the river for now.
