Hushpuppy Hired The Best Lawyer for his Case

All of heard the news of Hushpuppi's arrest in Dubai late last month. He was arrested, detained and later handed over to the American FBI who extradited him to America instead of bringing him down to Nigeria.

Hushpuppi was arrested on fraud allegations. He was charged for defrauding people and organizations internationally. He was tagged as an international fraudster.

But he's smart enough to have consulted the service of one of  the best lawyer in USA for his case.

Gal Pissetzky, lawyer to alleged fraudster, Hushpuppi has continued to defend his client as he claimed he is innocent of the charges against him.

The defence attorney claimed that his client, Hishpuppi was not arrested in Dubai by the Dubai police but was kidnapped by the Federal Bureau of Investigation ( FBI). The Chicago attorney said that his client was kidnapped because there were no legal document made for his extradition into the United States from the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He said this because no treaty extradition exists between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Hushpuppi was arrested in june in his home in UAE and was later extradited to the United States has the Federal Bureau of Investigation took him away.

Hushpuppi was also accused of being involved in a fraudulent scheme which defrauded a New York-based law firm of approximately $922,800 as it was also reported that he has scammed almost 2 million people.

Speaking with BBC on Friday July 10, Chicago based lawyer Pissetzky said the US had no authority to transport Hushpuppi from Dubai claiming the US Department of State and the FBI 'kidnapped' his client.
