WICKED WORLD : THIS MAN WAS ACCUSED OF CHILD ABUSE

Please if you have seen this man kindly go to the nearest police station. Like for real, this man rape children. When I first saw his picture I saw a wicked man.

His real names are Elby Jessie Hars, he lives in Columbia and he is wanted for child abuse. He is 73-years-old, he weighs 245 pounds, 5 ft 8' tall. He is been on the run since 2000. Recently he abused a small girl named  Tracie who got pregnant for him. According to CNN

Tracie remembered when she met Terri Hars, Elby's daughter and her father Elby Hars. She was 12-years by then. It was a day that changed the path o her life. After the meeting Tracie started going to Hars' trailer home where she would do light housekeeping and get paid, $10 a day. "Whenever I am done we will sit around and talk", she remembered.

But Tracie and her didn't know that his man called Elby Jessie Hars has been convicted for more than 10 years ago for molesting Terri, his daughter when she was 7 years old.  the surprising thing was, after Elby was released Terri still decided to be living with his dad who molested him. 

It started with Terri and Tracie shopping and going to the movies together. "She was fun to be with", Tracie said. "Then he started following us to movies.", she continued. "And next Elby took us for a weekend trip to Florida." 

The took Elby and Terri waited for  two years to get Tracie comfortable before carrying out their evil acts. "We were watching T.V one day and Elby changed the channel to a porn movie." Tracie recalled."And that was when Terri and Elby started acting inappropriate towards me." 

Then Terri took of Tracie's cloths and put her hand her body and told her everything will be fine. "They both do have sex together", Tracie also recalled. "And the attack continued for 18-months or so"

Eventually, Tracie got pregnant. And now only Terri have been arrested and Elby is on the run again. Terri have been sentenced to 10-years imprisonment for crimes against Tracie.
