IS WIZKID GRADUALLY MOVING FOR GRAMMY ?

Can Wizkid win a Grammy? Is he working his way closer to it? The Ojuekegba crooner, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid who was formely with EME records under Banky W have been making headlines for himself and seems to be working hard for greatness.

                            

In 2015, where it all begins, Skepta brought Drake’s attention to Wizkid, the Nigeria pop star, by paying his then new released which was hit, “Ojuelegba”. This impressed Drake and did a remix of song with Wizkid before going ahead to collaborate with again by releasing a song under Cash Money Records, which is 12^th track on Drake album View. The song went viral and hit the number 1 on the Billboard Top 100.

From June 5 to June 11, 2016 Wizkid was with Chris Brown on the One Hell of a Night Europe tour which headline again.

                          

Then on June 22, 2016, Wizkid was seen again with an African star and theAmerican rapper, Frech Montana. A short clip of the song, which is produced by legendary Beatz, was seen online by friends which later went viral.

Tuesday, June  24, 2016, the  pop artiste shared via his instagram some photos with a British-Nigerian music star Tinie Tempah in the Dominican Republic. The title of the song is “Mamacita” which got the fans of the hook, with Wizkid and Tinie Tempah delivering in style.
