GOVERNOR FAYOSE IN DOUBLE TROUBLE

It seems the Governor of  Ekiti State problem keep getting compounded, it was yesterday he was slugging it out with the First Lady of Nigeria, over accusing her of being an accomplice in the allegation of lauder of fund for some Nigerians in Halliburton scandal. And today he will have to clear himself from the challenges he is now facing with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

The EFCC has accused the governor of allegedly spent part of the fund he received from the ONSA account.  Although the Fayose denied the allegation and has named other source that funded the election instead. But a report has confirmed that the his account has been frozen by the EFCC who believes Fayose’s associates are fronts for him.

According to Naij, EFCC might be considering seizing Fayose’s properties under the interim forfeit clause of the EFCC act since a link has been established between the governor of Ekiti state and the N 1.29 billion which was allegedly transferred to him and the three masion in Abuja and Lagos.
